Welcome to Beth Mitchell Massage
Massage therapy reduces inflammation while reducing pain and soreness and is rapidly growing in recognition as an important part of a complete wellness plan, with proven benefits for a range of issues, including blood pressure, stress, flexibility, and sleep. Plus, research shows that the greatest benefits of massage come from consistent repeat sessions.
I became a licensed massage therapist (LMT) to help individuals bring balance, health, and wellness to their lives.
My practice combines Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and stress relief massage to focus on each individual’s unique needs. The key to staying youthful is staying fit and mobile. I want to help people enjoy staying active and vital.
My other training includes a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiological Sciences and certification in personal training.
I offer a variety of massage lengths and can tailor the technique to your specific needs.
I also offer chair massage for corporate events and office wellness programs.
