As we find ourselves in uncharted territory please know that I am here to support your health and wellness. Since Governor Janet Mills requested many facilities including fitness centers to close until March 30th and the governing organization for massage therapy has requested we “shutter our practices” until further notice, I am closing until this pandemic resolves. I believe it is the only socially responsible thing to do, so I will reach out to you once I am back to operating under a normal schedule. I became a licensed massage therapist (LMT) to help individuals bring balance, health, and wellness to their lives.
My practice combines Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and stress relief massage to focus on each individual’s unique needs. The key to staying youthful is staying fit and mobile. I want to help people enjoy staying active and vital.
My other training includes a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiological Sciences and certification in personal training.
I offer a variety of massage lengths and can tailor the technique to your specific needs.
I also offer chair massage for corporate events and office wellness programs.
